About

WED
Verb
to combine two things, two factors or qualities, especially desirable ones.

Founded by designers Amy Trinh and Evan Phillips in 2019, WED has garnered an international reputation for its rebellious and visionary take on bridalwear.

After meeting as classmates on the prestigious Central Saint Martins fashion course in 2011, swiftly followed by several years of tenure within the global luxury fashion industry,  the pair established WED with a commitment to redefine Bridalwear.

Anchored in craftsmanship, meticulous attention to fit, and the artistry of couture handwork, the emotional and physical significance imbued in bridal attire is a cornerstone they cherish, infusing purpose in their work. Focusing on three fundamental principles outlined as The Three C’s: “Cut, Craftsmanship and Creating consciously” WED captivate their audience with an inimitable aesthetic and a string of positive processes.

WED have been recognised globally by publications such as Vogue US, British Vogue, I-D, Wallpaper, AnOther Magazine, NY Times, Elle, Tatler HK and WWD and were Semi-Finalists for the 2021 LVMH Prize, Sarabande Foundation Artists in Residence 2019-2021 and recipients of the Hi-Fi Initiative 2022.
